Hostel Cinnamon - Krakow

The value for money at Cinnamon was great and the room was perfect for a couple. The location was perfect, close to the main square but still quiet at night. The staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating, opening reception early for us when we arrived at 5am.

The breakfast offerings could be improved.

The location blew my mind, just a short walk to the main attractions. The cleanliness and cozy rooms were jaw-dropping. The staff were super friendly and gave great recommendations. The self check-in/out was a hassle-free experience. The common area, wi-fi, and kitchen were top-notch. Luggage storage and locker room were convenient. No pets or smoking on site. Paid airport shuttle available. a mind-blowing stay with all the comforts!

I stayed at Hostel Cinnamon for a weekend trip with friends. The location was great, just a 10-minute walk from the city centre. The rooms were clean and cozy, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The staff was extremely nice and spoke English fluently. The hostel has made improvements, adding three additional showers since our last visit. a comfortable and friendly place to stay. Would recommend.

The hostel key provided us with the freedom to come and go as we pleased. The shared facilities, including the rooms, toilets, and showers, were clean, and despite being a hostel. The location was also convenient, with the central square just a 10-minute walk away. the facilities, including the WiFi and common room, were satisfactory, and the hostel provided amenities such as hot water, a clean shower cabin, a hairdryer.

Felt like VIPs, no complaints whatsoever.

The room I stayed in had a skylight without a curtain, which allowed the early morning sun to shine right into the room, disrupting my sleep. This was especially frustrating after late nights out celebrating the New Year.

Convenient location near transportation and St. Florian's gate. Clean rooms with comfortable beds. Common area with good wifi and helpful receptionist. Nice amenities like free coffee/tea, kitchen, and personal shower. a pleasant and affordable stay for three nights.

The location was excellent, just a short bus ride away from the old town. It was also surrounded by plenty of bakeries and restaurants, making it easy to find food. the decoration of the place was warm and cozy, giving it a homely feel.

That the room was a bit cold at night, even with the heater on the strongest setting. The blanket provided was also quite thin, which didn't help with keeping warm.

The overall condition of the hostel was disappointing. the smell of mold and damp was overwhelming, leaving clothes wet and unpleasantly scented.
